Dr Windhaber was excellent from the start to the end of my treatment. He listened and took on board any concerns that I had and put my mind at rest and explained the procedure that I needed for maximum affect. He was both professional and friendly and made me feel at ease from the beginning. Dr Windhaber was always available on the phone or via email if I had any concerns about ongoing treatment which I didn't and he was dedicated to making sure that I was happy with my treatment and to have follow up appointments until I was. I couldn't have asked more and I'm extremely happy with my results and would recommend Dr Windhaber without hesitation.

I visited Mr Windhaber for varicose veins which were keeping me awake at night because they were throbbing. I also had blasts of broken veins so my legs which were very unsightly. Mr Windhaber did a thorough examination on my first visit and quickly booked me in to deal with the issues. He explained carefully how he could deal with the issues and all about the proceedure. The varicose veins were dealt with on that appointment and most of the broken veins. At my follow up appointment I expected to be discharged but was pleasantly surprised to find that Mr Windhaber felt there was more he could do to improve the appearance of my legs. He ensured all the veins were treated to his satisfaction. My legs look so much better now and instead of hiding them away I now feel confident to wear a dress which is great as my niece gets married next year. At every appointment Mr Windhaber was kind, considerate and very understanding. I would like to thank him so much for exceeding all my expectations.

Booked myself into one off duchy hospital open nights luckily for me only two people booked so mr windhaber kindly to agree to see us . I had been going to my going to my gp with cramp and terrible pain in both legs and getting no where , Mr Windhaber listened to me asked questions and discussed a treatment plans as well as giving me his plan to take to my go for a second option . I went ahead with the treatment and the whole team were great at putting me at ease and was very professional from start to finish . Two follow up appointments and one where I had a small problem emailed his secretary and he saw me straight away explaining what had happened and putting me at ease and not wasting his time . He has very kindly added another appointment to just check . Excellent service from start to finish and no more cramp or pain .Don’t change anything maybe cup tea in a proper cup not paper !
